DMCA Policy
Okonomiyaki Japanese Pancake ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers of copyrighted works. We may also at our sole discretion limit access to our site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
If you believe that any content appearing on the Okonomiyaki Japanese Pancake website infringes upon your copyright, please notify our designated Copyright Agent by providing the following information:
Filing a DMCA Notice (Takedown Request)
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed: Provide a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, please provide a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing: Provide a description of the material that you claim is infringing and its location on the Okonomiyaki Japanese Pancake website (e.g., URL or specific path) with sufficient detail to allow us to find it.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will investigate the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the infringing material.
DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. To be effective, a counter-notification must be a written communication provided to our Designated Copyright Agent and must include substantially the following:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled: Provide a description of the material that was removed or disabled, and the location (e.g., URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury: Include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number: Provide your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction: Include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Okonomiyaki Japanese Pancake may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
- Your physical or electronic signature: Provide your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notice. If the complaining party does not file an action seeking a court order against the content provider within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed material.
All DMCA notices and counter-notifications should be sent via our Contact Us page, clearly indicating "DMCA Notice" or "DMCA Counter-Notification" in the subject.
